How does a microdermabrasion treatment work?
A microdermabrasion treatment works by deeply exfoliating the skin using fine medical crystals and a microdermabrasion "vacuum" is used to pick up the dead skin cells which are removed. The circulation of the skin is stimulated during the microdermabrasion treatment which also helps to improve the appearance of the skin being treated.
What is a microdermabrasion treatment used for?

We would suggest you leave between 24 hours between us carrying out your test patch and going ahead with the microdermabrasion treatment to ensure that we are sure it is suitable for you skin.

Prior to any laser treatment being carried out, we offer a FREE, no obligation consultation with one of our laser therapists. A routine medical questionnaire form will be completed, and the full procedure of your required
treatment type, clearly explained.
Exact treatment costs and payment options, should you decide to go ahead at a later stage, will also be provided at this time.
A FREE test patch will be carried out, as part of the consultation - this is to ensure suitability for treatment. Depending on skin type and the area being treated you may be required to leave from 24hrs - 2 weeks prior to being able to proceed with treatment.
